Matt Baker Instagram: The One Show host’s new move gets queried by fans | Celebrity News | Showbiz & TV
Former The One Show host Matt Baker, 42, gave his 193,000 Instagram followers an insight into his new chicks being born after putting the eggs into an incubator. Matt shared a video documenting the 21-day process, in which his wife Nicola and their two children helped.
At first, the presenter was seen opening a fragile parcel with his children and wife.
A voice in the background, believed to be his son, could be heard saying: “Come on, let’s see these eggs.”
Matt then panned the camera onto the positioned eggs, tellings fans they are “resting in the right position” while in an incubator.
After closing the device, he said they were patiently waiting for the eggs to hatch in 21 days.

According to the website Raising Happy Chickens, fertile chicken eggs can be transported in a box if safety measures are followed correctly.
They advise: “It’s critically important that the eggs you put into the incubator are as healthy as they can be.
“They should come from a healthy flock, be stored at optimum temperatures, be transported as smoothly as possible and left for a number of hours before being set in the incubator.”
Last month, Matt welcomed two more new arrivals to his farm; his new twin lambs.
The farmer shared a picture of the twin lambs as he asked his fans to help him name them.
He wrote: “Twins!! Look at these new arrivals on our farm – What shall we call them???
“Both boys #twins #lambs #farmlife #newborn #names.”
Name suggestions from fans included Alex and Matt, in reference to his time on The One Show with co-star Alex Jones.
The presenter left the show back in March after nine years on the show.
Announcing the news last year, he told fans he is looking forward to spending more time with his family.
He went on to reassure fans that he will continue his other duties, such as presenting Countryfile.
The One Show continues tomorrow at 7pm on BBC One.
