Mark Labbett: The Chase star addresses I’m A Celebrity rumours ‘They better not annoy me! | Celebrity News | Showbiz & TV
Viewers tend to see a different side to celebrities in the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! jungle, with the camp mates away from their usual lifestyles and undergoing challenges to earn stars for meals.
Mark has been rumoured to be joining the show in recent years, but is yet to sign up.
Addressing what he would find hard on the show if he did join, he said: “The problem is when people ask me this, I say listen after three weeks in the jungle, cannibalism is on the cards.
“My dad was a butcher in the meat trade, I know how to butcher a carcass, so somebody better not annoy me in the jungle, especially if they muck up a food challenge!”
The Beat The Chasers star laughed off being the camp’s chef, as he joked: “No one would trust me with the food!”

A source told Express.co.uk the chaser has been “in talks” for the show for a few years.
“They’re fully aware of Mark. It would be television gold,” they added.
ITV boss Kevin Lygo recently announced that the much loved ITV is likely to go ahead later this year, despite the current coronavirus pandemic, in which many shows have even cancelled.
Celebrities rumoured to be taken part so far include The One Show’s Matt Baker, ex Strictly Come Dancing AJ Pritchard and Coronation Street star Beverley Callard.
